Announcements

Announcements are fixed messages posted in the chat. Think of them of an automatic news ticker.
Announcements can be posted at time intervals, after a set amount of messages in the chat or a combination of both.

Available Commands

!announcement add [message...]

Add an announcement to the list with a maximum of 255 characters.

!announcement remove [announcement id]

Remove an announcement.
Removing announcements is done by id. Biliomi wil append this id to the message when posting it in the chat.

!announcement interval [amount of minutes]

Default setting: 5

Set the amount of time that has to have ellapsed before posting the next announcement.

!announcement minmsgs [amount of messages]

Default setting: 10

Set the minimum of chat messages (by users other than Biliomi himself) to have to have been posted in the chat before posting the next announcement.
