Installation
------------
Some tools require the GNU Scientific Library (GSL). After downloading the latest release of GenomicTools, follow these steps:

$ tar xvzf genomic-tools-VERSION.tgz 
$ cd gtools
$ make
$ sudo cp bin/* /usr/local/bin
