Allow running nix with --impure #151

This MR allows running the underlying nix command using --impure

This mostly came about because we have a project where we have some derivations which depend on some Nvidia driver libraries that are obtained via nixGL, which requires --impure for building them.

(I know we could pin the driver versions to avoid this, but this is currently not feasible for us at the moment)
