Best as I can tell, the GetBindingValue method called here is always the Module Environment Record's own GetBindingValue: It can throw errors but cannot call user code. (Counterpoint: What about embedder-defined abstract module records that just decide to call back into JavaScript for the hell of it?)
This is already being asserted in the
[[Get]]
method of Module objects where theGetBindingValue
isn't marked with user-code.
