Metabuli App v1.0.0

This is the first release of Metabuli App, bringing the Metabuli metagenomic classification tool—previously only available via the command line—to desktop users. The app allows users to run taxonomic profiling with just a few clicks or upload previous reports for quick visualization. It includes an interactive and customizable Sankey plot and Krona chart for enhanced data visualization and result exploration. You can also extract reads classified into a specific taxon and download the Sankey images. Additionally, the app stores the last 10 job histories for quick access.

Note: If you encounter a security warning when opening the app, follow the instructions below to bypass the warning:

• macOS: Refer to this guide on how to open apps from unidentified developers.
• Windows: Click 'More info' and then 'Run anyway' to continue.

Note: The Linux version has not been tested. If you try it out, please let us know how it works by opening an issue or submitting feedback!
