Poetry Migration and Backup Tools

Changes

Migrated to Poetry for better dependency isolation
Added two utility scripts:
- Bulk backup script for mass data preservation
- Statistics script that extracts:
  - Title/Path folders
  - Tab counts
  - Size in KB

Technical Details

Poetry configuration with core and dev dependencies
Backup script handles multiple paths
Statistics provide pre-backup insights

Testing

Verified Poetry setup
Tested both scripts with sample data
Confirmed SQLite history restoration path
Tested about SQLite history restoration using state.vscdb.backup
