This is a brief introduction to this CellProfiler Plugin. Note that this is not a standalone package, that results in some caveats but should not prevent you from using it.

Updates

There are three main dependencies that might result in broken functionality:

• CellProfiler: all major releases did break all existing pipelines, one should expect the same situation next time;
• wxPython: GUI gets broken as well but there should be no major releases in the foreseeable future;
• Rynner/Parsl: the former is still in the dev stage, the latter is developed quite actively.

That means the plugin has to be updated in a timely manner to prevent situations when everything went though major changes and all functionality is broken.
