Resolves: RHEL-69400 The former ip=bootif option was removed and the BOOTIF option alone is sufficient to activate the device specified by it, so we should consider this as explicit network configuration selecting the device to be activated and turn autoconnections off in this case (same as we do for ip= boot option).
