Description
This change builds upon existing WIP branch for XCMv5 testing using chopstics
In particular this PR introduces typical to TypeScript related project configuration files like package manager files, linter integration and others
This PR also introduces XCMv5 test scenarios and refactoring code to comply with proposed linter configuration
