Updated the DDs for KORA S1 and S3

Can the Mlstr_harmo:status of KORA S1 of the three "family health status" be changed from "partial" to "complete"

• To add: variables to harmonize TOT_SUGARS in KORA_S3_P2 are missing
• Preliminary technical check for KORA_S1_P2 and KORA_S3_P2 done.
• Preliminary technical check for KARMEN and DEGS1 not possible due to the lack of categorical variables.

For the Smoking status in KORA S1, the Mlstr_harmo::status should be changed to "complete" and the Mlstr_harmo::status_detail should to changed to "identical"
