Resolves MONGOCRYPT-777 for the master branch (EVG project:
libmongocrypt). Verified by this patch. Followup to #960.Applies similar changes to mongodb/mongo-c-driver#1882 but for libmongocrypt. As the libmongocrypt SBOM-related scripts are already similar to those for the C Driver, the only notable differences is that the Augmented SBOM is named
cyclonedx.augmented.sbom.json(instead ofetc/augmented-sbom.json) and is manually attached to the release archive during a release (instead of via+signed-releaseor+release-archive).
