- rename field `unbond_completion_time` to `unbonding_completion_time` - rename amino name prefix `milkyway/` to `operators/` - rename event types - replace `deregister` to `deactivate`

## Description This PR fixes some minor bugs/typos in the codebase. ## Description This PR reverts #13. After discussing, it is not needed to store the entire delegation inside the reverse lookup index.
