TODO before going live

Issues marked with "tournament 2013" (Everything else would be nice to have but shouldn't cause any trouble with data updates or are hideously broken like the clan trophy "Most points")

general layout

mobile version: improve tables
make link anchors visible for easy copy/paste
better countdown (in js?) that isn't problematic because of caching resp. disable caching on / page?
don't show achievements for variants that are not connected to an account

improve tables on /users, /scoreboard, /clans pages
make design responsive

general improvements

consistent use of "trophies" and "achievement" (ranking implies "trophy")
if user registration fails with 404, retry with uppercased / lowercased user name? security risk? case-sensitive user names at public servers (maybe hard code servers with case-insensitive user names [at least sporkhack.com,un.nethack.nu,nethack.alt.org])?
configurable local timezone for logged-in users?
design could be improved on /activity
possibility for logged-in users to hide the "Manage accounts" part
FAQ would nice :)
