Performing an Erase and Install of Mojave with jamJAR

As jamJAR uses Munki as the engine to perform the installation, it already has support for using the startosinstall binary. This also means that, via the pkginfo keys, it has support for various flags including the --eraseinstall option. Finally this means we can build out a workflow to erase and install Mojave on AFPS formatted devices!
