Fetch global assets from the content service:

  1. Explicitly from the /assets endpoint of the content service
  2. Simultaneously with the rest of the content service requests.

Propagate them consistently to the template local context as both deconst.content.assets and deconst.assets (temporarily; see deconst/deconst-docs#201).
