Should definitely add multiple time zones to the image as well as the post itself.

And definitely need to say something like: "If you can't join us live, you can catch up on-demand afterwards" even if we leave the details as "Specifics TBD: we'll let you know where and when we upload the recording". The CRS YouTube channel makes sense (where we uploaded the Community Summit talks.)

I don't think we can record with Google Meet (requires paying I believe). Even if we could, I don't believe we could get consent from all participants. @dune73 @fzipi?

It's pretty standard to record webinars including the Q&A. But I would not bother the first few editions. Also improves on turnout.
