[WIP] New section node

Support for section node.
Simple example in: examples/sections.js

Each section will support:

• custom page size and orientation (issue: Set custom size and margin for each page #325)
• custom page margin (issue: Set custom size and margin for each page #325)
• custom header/footer (issue: different headers/footers for different sections? #283)
• custom watermark (watermark shows in all pages, can be just in one page? #2471)
• custom background
• custom pagination / page number reset (issue: pagination reset after group #1270)
• dynamic page margin (eg. even/odd page in book) (make pageMargins dynamic #368)

I think feature will be the best for pdfmake. i would like to create a pdf with different section with differents headers and footers.. it would be fantastic !!
Please, make this a reality !! :-)
