Can't use this until it is a bndtools project. I'd really like to have this but I do not have time to port it myself. |

Following from issue #6065 this is the initial PR to include the elph tool into bnd. Elph is used currently to automatically import depenent projects for a bnd workspace into an eclipse workspace.
