These modifications allows to switch betwen the english verison and the other valid versions

This pull request adds a french version for the exercises of the Ansible Network Automation Workshop.

The pull requests add french translated README files of the current english version. The change proposed also modifies the other versions in order to enable the new language selection to the other language versions.
