SUMMARY
auto_satellite workshop has an implementation of CaC subtasks retry for infra.controller_configuration.* role instantiations. This PR moves the CaC subtasks to a generic implementation that can be used by any workshop deployment that needs a more bulletproof method of reliably applying infra.controller_configuration.* role instantiations at scale.
