updated to SQLAlchemy 2.0, using ORM engine. Done up to "Templates" section
To do: - add :emphasize-lines: when needed - replace blocks of code with references to files
downgraded aiohttp to version 3.8.5 to prevent false positive deprecations errors.
updated other al entries to avoid version conflicts
