This PR rewrites the I/O section of the README.md file in the core package. The changes include:

Updates to better reflect developments in recent years.
Detailed descriptions of input functions: getInput, getBooleanInput, and getMultilineInput.
Clarification on InputOptions.
Separate section for outputs with setOutput function details.
Improved code examples for better clarity.

The whole README could benefit from a thorough revision, though.
