Outliner
On first launch of the Outliner, a prompt will ask to make a new outliner, then another prompt will ask to make a new bullet point, before notes can be added.
The paste function seems to only work following the use of the Add to outliner (F9) function which uses an outliner-only clipboard. After using that Add function, any note or bullet point may be selected in the outline tree and then the paste function may be called to enter the note at a level beneath the selection. Any attempt to call the paste function using general text copied to the clipboard will be ignored and the previously added note will still be seen in the outliner-only clipboard.
