I'm not exactly sure what the two
InitCodeHashvariables are about. I see thatpairInitCodeHashis not set for the testnets but that all mainnet ones are set to0x96e8ac4277198ff8b6f785478aa9a39f403cb768dd02cbee326c3e7da348845f, so I'm presuming that this is also the value we should use?
