The link for 'Directly from Surface' under Prerequisites is not working. I added a working link that I got from this page: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/surface/surface-autopilot-registration-support

Description of the Issue: The link for "Directly from Surface" under the "Prerequisites" section in surface-manage-dfci-guide.md was broken.
