A recent change to the internals of the select tool changed some things in regards to active selection tracking.
This was not properly propagated everywhere in the select tool. As such the mouse was not properly changing to the resize cursor when hovering over a point in build mode and the rotation UI would sometimes show up delayed (e.g. after moving the shape).
