Sprints and Standups

We work in 2-week sprints
- Each sprint kicks off in person on Monday morning.
- Attendees are the engineers writing code and the person running the sprint.
- We organize tickets and decide which tickets we'll commit to for the sprint. It will be a very tactical meeting. Architectural discussions and the like should be taking place as part of the blue box weekly call or other forums, not during sprint planning.
- We do a retrospective of the previous sprint as well.
- We have daily standups of 10-15 minutes in the morning.
- Standups are in-person or via video-conference, not via Slack!
- We have a longer standup meeting at mid-sprint (each sprint is 2-weeks, so the Monday of the second week) to make sure we're tracking to our goals.
- We use Github issues and projects. See https://github.com/orgs/HumanCellAtlas/projects
