Describe the bug

started playing aftershock and picked the start where you begin on a space station. the portmaster goes to trade menu when i ask for transport, and my cash card is greyed out so i'd have to sell my starting equipment for transportation

1. talk to Portmaster
2. request transport

Expected behavior

I expected to be able to purchase transport with my cash card, as otherwise i'd have to sell my starting equipment
