Language Statistics Method/ Weights: 75% by byte count, 25% by repository count, excluding forked repositeis and contributions to other users/organizations (Selected to match manual count).

Mixed C++ and Python repositories are not counted properly. Mixed SystemVerilog, Other HDL, and Assembly repositories are not counted properly
