Purpose

  • This PR adds support for azd to deploy the application to the user's Azure subscription.

How to Test

azd init --template https://github.com/Azure-Samples/nodejs-appsvc-cosmosdb-bottleneck/tree/azd

azd up

What to Check

Verify that the sample application is deployed in Azure.
