This replaces
adde-lint --files
with the ls-lint tool.The adde-lint lintFiles subcommand is fairly complicated and doesn't directly map onto the ls-lint rules, so I didn't attempt for 100% accuracy in ensuring the ls-lint rules corresponded to the existing ones. I've just added the sensible defaults (ie kebab-case for everything except allow all-caps for some .md files).
