3. How to report a bug

If you want to report a bug, at the first you should provide a comprehensive information, that is your version of extension, OS and browser, yours issue case and error logs. Right click on the extension icon Manage -> find Outlook Web Access notifier in the extensions list and click background.html, all red text there are the errors. If you have an issue with options, go to the options page, press F12 or Ctr(Command for Mac)+Shift+J chose Console Tab, expand the arrows for details and copy red text. It should be looks like:
