Launcher should write version info on first message

First message from ZIS AUX:

But first message from the launcher:
ZWEL0021I Zowe Launcher starting

Can we also have the version info on ZWEL0021I, please?

I see https://github.com/zowe/launcher/blob/v2.x/staging/.github/workflows/build_test.yml#L154 captures the version, hash, date etc
I think that should be added into a -D arg here https://github.com/zowe/launcher/blob/v2.x/staging/build/build.sh#L105
So that it can be printed out in the launcher.
