Add ignore files language features #39

Files like .gitignore, .eslintignore etc have ignore as language id.

There is seem no extension to support this language, probably its worth creating standalone extension for this.

Whats worth to support:

go to definition (e.g. clicking on some row to reveal file, something similar is done in https://github.com/zardoy/vscode-experiments/blob/b22a5945b7857ff99d7a2855a26d44c3217a46cf/src/features/jsonGoToFile.ts#LL27C16-L27C16)
completions (I did similar in https://github.com/zardoy/npm-the-fastest/blob/dbbdc3a2c84b3c13c0870818a251257a1baa09d0/src/packageJsonComplete.ts#L120)

ideally (not sure wether its worth to support):

(command) show files in quickpick matching some glob e.g. src/**/*.vue

If you're not interested in this I might implement it later.

the closest extension seems to be Breadnaught.vscode-ignore
