Template text {{weekdayHeadBackground}} has not been replaced

When generating a skin named "yui3-skin-summer" for widget Calendar, the background property remains to be the template text shown below:
...
.yui3-skin-summer .yui3-calendar-weekday {
font-weight: bold;
background: {{weekdayHeadBackground}};
...
