Using a WD Hard Drive hooked up to a WRT1900AC Router as a public share it does not allow me to create a folder.

Pretty much says I do not have permissions to do that. I can how ever create a folder on every other machine I have in this house. It is not a user/permissions issue as I do not have any users/permissions set up on the drive.
