The plugin registration uses the old format:

TYPO3 Deprecation Notice: Calling method TYPO3\CMS\Extbase\Utility\ExtensionUtility::configurePlugin with argument $extensionName ("Xima.xm_formcycle") containing the vendor name ("Xima") is deprecated and will stop working in TYPO3 11.0

The fix is easy: Drop the Xima. in Xima.xm_formcycle
