Add documentation for adding the dependencies of and running additional halsim plugins such as halsim_ds_socket.dll.

This is not a duplicate. The simulator GUI is one particular halsim plugin. This is asking for documentation of other halsim plugins.

My apologies for the confusion. This issue is separate from the other issue. The other issue is focused on the user consuming application.

For 2021, the halsim_ds_socket is added to build.gradle automatically, so it will be an option in vs code without additional configuration, but it does need documentation on how to use it (and how to use both halsim_gui and halsim_ds_socket together.
