Add docs for swerve and mecanum trajectory tracking #585

The current Ramsete tutorial is great but only applies to differential drive robots. A similar comprehensive tutorial should exist for using the SwerveControllerCommand and MecanumControllerCommand classes.

Would something like this also include actually controlling something like swerve, so like how to work with the ModuleStates (if so, in a way like the examples do with each module having a SwerveModule class that would also be included in doc).
Also, would this be best put as a full tutorial or should stuff like generating trajectories be moved to a tutorial of itself, since its the same between all 3, except for some constraints possibly
