Problems trying to deploy via wrangler deploy --name <name>: Could not resolve "cloudflare"

I've deployed my worked a couple of months ago using the click to deploy menthod now I'd like to experiment with wrangler.

I'm having issues trying to deploy.

I've tried: wrangler deploy --name unifi-cloudflare-ddns (where unifi-cloudflare-ddns is the name of my already deployed worker) but I'm getting:

 wrangler deploy --name unifi-cloudflare-ddns

I think I've got it. Running npm install seems to have helped.
