It would be nice to have Streaming validation to the SHACL

The ShEx streaming validations are still in beta, but since ShEx and SHACL client component's share most of the logic, the steps to do this would be:

Check the ShEx validation component, and copy the new streaming functionality into the SHACL, changing the API calls as needed.
Do the same for the ShEx validation results component.
