Problem type: Design is broken
Description: “Browse” button is displayed misaligned.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate https://fortiguard.com/faq/onlinescanner
2. Observe “Browse” button.

Expected Behavior:
Button is centered.

Actual Behavior:
Button is misaligned.

Note:

1. Reproducible on Firefox 60.0 Release.
2. Not reproducible on Chrome 66.0.3359.139.
