The output for the hazards section will either say there are no hazards, the hazards that are present, or the hazards are unknown.

Is this sufficient, or should we be telling users the mix of hazard possibilities?

For example, if a flashing hazard is known, motion simulation is not present, and sound is unknown, all that would be output is that there is a flashing hazard.
