B2S Designer 2.1 will not create updated B2S and hangs in Windows 10

Describe the bug 🐞

I once again tried the new 2.1 B2S Backglass Designer.

I like to change the LED scoring style on early SS machines to a 'non rendered' LED as I just find they look more like the real thing..

Once again, I found using 2.1. I could not create a new b2S and the program hangs when trying to export a new b2s. The program creates a folder in the Projects folder, but no B2S......

It will not create an updated backglass.file. Only a cntrl-alt-del is needed to close program as it is in 'not responding' status

If I go back to version 1.3 - it immediately saves a file and works as should

I'm running this under Windows 10 / 64 bit cabinet
