Modify schedule and syllabus

This is a bit harder @WilliamNgiam, but you can also modify the HTML a bit so that not all the sections (including OpenRefine, SQL, etc) are showing.

Take a look at the schedule.html and syllabus.html docs in _includes/dc and see if you can figure out how to delete sections of the HTML so not all of it shows! Let me know if you have questions on this...

I have edited the schedule, syllabus and setup! The changes have already been committed.
