web apps for population class

Hi,

I've used msprime to create several applications that I'm using in my population genetic classes. I have created the typical forward in time simulations, but thanks to msprime I've been able to create more complex ones.

Everything is running in webassembly, so the server is just serving static files and all the computation is done in the student web browser. thanks again to the msprime community for the webassembly support.
