Hello, I would like to start a SLiM forward simulation from a output tree from a msprime simulation starting with early sampled individuals.
The only way I could think of is to use pyslim to simplify the tree for the early sampled individuals, modify the time of the tree so that the start time is the time sampled, then import to slim, but it seems complicated.
Maybe there is already a good established method that I don't know yet?
