Importance of maintaining "the same structure as in the proto"

In the docs for prost-build, there is a line that says "It is important to maintain the same structure as in the proto."

What does this mean? Does this mean that the include! macro must be called from within a module named snazzy::items? Will something go wrong if include! is called within a module with a different name?

The description of PR #728 says that the rust code should use "the right module structure" because "otherwise this might cause issues if the proto imports other protos."
