Here you are~ (Because GitHub doesn't support .ttf file upload, so zip file, unzip yourself~)

NotoSans-Regular-COLRv1.zip
NotoSans-SemiBold-COLRv1.zip

But when I export these files, it appear these error:

I not sure what it stand for, because when I export the NotoSans-Black.ttf with Blob Noto Emoji for myself, it appear the same error, but I don't see anything big problem in my Gboard

But, but, but......
Almost all of flag emojis in most apps is not available, because the COLR format does not support flag emojis (Actually I not sure about this infomation......,but they(flag emoji) didn't work on my Samsung Galaxy S23+ with zFont generated apk install on my Samsung, but other emoji work well, I will try another method to let flag emoji work well)
