Add test cases for repair on failure of transaction ID in record

Currently, the repair test cases do not individually check if corruption works well by corrupting each field in the record. Only key len is being corrupted, because of which it is easy to miss errors like surrealdb/surrealdb#5001

Add more test cases where each record field is corrupted to see if repair is triggered
